Position Responsibilities: Daily administration and support of reputed company including but not limited to customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations Partner with product owners and other cross functional teams to align with the business needs reputed company and create reports and dashboards for Directors and end users Create and maintain documentation on processes and policies Log and track identified system problems through resolution Passionate about solving hard problems using data-driven solutions Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or reputed company discipline and 1 to 2 years of reputed company IT experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of specific experience Experience managing escalations from key stakeholders and business users.
