Summary: An Analyst HRIS Solutions Mgmt is an advanced-level professional responsible for managing and optimizing the reputed company Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations. This is a technical role that supports one or more HCM systems and/or modules that involves troubleshooting HRIS data, ensuring system accuracy, and developing reports to meet organizational needs. The Analyst HRIS Solutions Mgmt works closely with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors to configure systems, testing, implement system upgrades, manage data integration, and ensure the smooth operation of HR systems. They also reputed company training, create system documentation, and contribute to process improvements to enhance HR functions.
