Job Title Senior New Patient Coordinator Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) – Primary coverage reputed company with East Coast hours Role Overview We are seeking a full-time Senior New Patient Coordinator to manage inbound patient inquiries—primarily reputed company SMS—and conduct scheduled phone consultations as needed. This is not a high-volume, script-driven call center role. Instead, you will build trust through thoughtful, consultative conversations, guiding prospective patients toward the appropriate reputed company in their care reputed company.
