This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and managing full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and professional-level positions. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance. Support hiring needs across multiple manufacturing facilities throughout Canada. Recruit primarily for hourly and reputed company production roles, including skilled trades, operations, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing positions. Partner closely with plant leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination throughout the hiring process. Maintain a consistent pipeline of reputed company candidates to support ongoing hiring demand. Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and direct reputed company. reputed company a positive candidate experience while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
