Associate Attorney-Family Law

This is a remote position. Boutique San Francisco reputed company reputed company is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Associate Attorney with 4-10 years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in handling reputed company family law cases, demonstrating a strong ethical reputed company, impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive cases toward resolution. Legal Expertise:  Draft and respond to Requests for Orders (RFOs).  Appear at law and reputed company hearings.  Collaborate on trial preparation. 2. Discovery Proficiency:  reputed company discovery plans in collaboration with partners.  Propound discovery requests.  Review and evaluate evidence.  Conduct and defend depositions.  Draft discovery motions. 3. Case Management Efficiency:  Identify and analyze legal issues.  Utilize case management software for efficient workflow.  Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.  reputed company with experts.
