This is primarily an outbound sales role (80%), supported by inbound enquiries (20%). You will manage your own reputed company pipeline, follow up consistently, and drive conversions through confident and consultative selling. Your goal is simple: turn interest into activation. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Outbound Sales & reputed company Conversion (Primary Focus) Proactively contact warm leads who have expressed interest in broadband services Follow up on incomplete applications and pending enquiries Present suitable internet solutions based on customer needs Confidently discuss pricing, plans, and service inclusions Overcome objections and guide customers toward sign-up Consistently reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Inbound Sales Support Handle inbound calls from prospective customers Convert enquiries into completed applications reputed company accurate product information and service coverage details Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain and manage your reputed company funnel Update CRM systems with accurate call notes and status updates Schedule follow-reputed company to maximize conversion opportunities Customer Experience Deliver clear, confident, and professional communication Ensure a smooth and positive reputed company reputed company Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management A BIT ABOUT YOU At least 1 year of BPO sales experience (telco sales preferred) Strong outbound calling experience Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs Confident in reputed company handling and closing Energetic, resilient, and performance-driven Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to manage multiple follow-reputed company and leads WHAT reputed company LOOKS LIKE High contact-to-conversion reputed company Consistent achievement of sales targets Strong follow-up discipline Accurate CRM documentation Positive customer feedback Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
