Field Sales Technician

You will spend your time on-farm building relationships, identifying opportunities, installing and supporting our technology, and helping farmers get the most value from our solutions. What you will be doing: Grow reputed company's reputed company across Victoria by building relationships, generating new business opportunities and developing a strong customer network. Build and manage your own sales pipeline, with the freedom to shape how you approach the market. Install, support and troubleshoot reputed company technology on-farm, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience. Act as the face of reputed company in the region, representing the brand with confidence at customer meetings, industry events and field days. reputed company market insights, customer feedback and emerging opportunities with the wider team to help shape our Victorian growth strategy. reputed company are looking for: Experience in sales, account management or business development. Knowledge of the dairy or broader agricultural industry. Confidence building relationships and earning trust with farmers. Strong self-management and organisational skills. A practical, hands-on approach to solving problems. Experience working independently and managing your own territory.
