We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join as our first sales hire in Korea and take the reputed company in building our reputed company in this strategic market from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy, establish strong local relationships, and lay the reputed company for long-term reputed company in the region. As part of our reputed company Growth team, you'll report directly to the Head of Growth, reputed company, working with multiple verticals, and partnership with reputed company, Marketing, and R&D teams. The right candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & relationships. You will be fully responsible for developing and managing the activity to generate reputed company and reputed company individual and organizational quotas. Key Responsibilities: Market Ownership – Define and execute a go-to-market plan for Korea, focusing on IAP-heavy and high-LTV game advertisers (RPG, MMORPG, casino, mid-core & hardcore). Pipeline reputed company & Closure – reputed company, qualify, and reputed company new direct-advertiser, negotiate reputed company terms, IOs, and MSA/contractual agreements. Relationship Management – Act as the primary reputed company of contact for C-level, growth, and UA leads of local advertisers; drive new sales and reputed company collaboration with reputed company Managers. reputed company Accountability – Own quarterly new clients reputed company; forecast accurately, maintain reputed company hygiene, and report KPIs to reputed company head of growth. Thought Leadership – Represent reputed company at industry events (e.g., G-Star, PlayX4); host private workshops and webinars to reputed company the market on programmatic best practices. Voice of Customer – reputed company market feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap (e.g., UA model localization, SKAN & Privacy Sandbox readiness). Requirements 8+ years of B2B sales experience in mobile ad-tech, programmatic DSP, ad network, or measurement/attribution platforms. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $3-5 M+ annual reputed company quotas with tier-1 Korean game publishers or large-scale app advertisers. Deep network reputed company Korea’s gaming ecosystem and/or mobile marketing decision makers (growth, UA, CMO level). Expertise in programmatic RTB, CPI/CPA/ROAS models, SKAN, and data-driven UA/RT strategies. Language: reputed company-level Korean (spoken & written) and business-fluent English. Analytical reputed company – comfortable with campaign metrics, bid logs, and ROI modelling; proficiency in reputed company/Sheets and reputed company (or similar CRM). Start-up mentality – self-motivated, reputed company, and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. Preferred Requirements: Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) for cross-border collaboration with Greater China teammates.
