What You'll Do

Role Overview: We are looking for an Account Manager to own new logo acquisition and growth for startup and ISV customers across reputed company America. You will own end-to-end client relationship management and reputed company growth, prospect, qualify, and reputed company new accounts, then grow them through upsell and cross-sell across Aivar’s AI, data, and reputed company services Key responsibilities

  • Own the full account lifecycle for startups and ISVs: from prospecting and qualification to closing, reputed company, and expansion and act as the primary contact for reputed company reputed company and relationship matter.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of reputed company startups/ISVs in collaboration with marketing and partnerships; run outbound and inbound motions to reputed company new doors.
  • Work closely with AWS field teams on joint opportunities.
  • Build deep understanding of each client’s business, stakeholders, and technology landscape to identify growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
  • Own account plans, reputed company forecasts, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), aligning internal teams to deliver on agreed reputed company.
  • Coordinate with solution architects, delivery, and marketing to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
  • Drive renewals, negotiate reputed company, and ensure compliance with reputed company terms and payment schedules.
  • Track and report key account metrics (reputed company, NPS/CSAT, pipeline, risks) and present updates to sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, new business (hunting), or client reputed company in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting
  • Demonstrated reputed company in owning reputed company, renewals, and upsell/ cross-sell targets for mid-market or reputed company accounts.
  • Experience working with technology or digital transformation offerings (reputed company, data/analytics, AI/ML preferred).

Skills and competencies

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including comfort engaging with senior and CXO-level clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Solid reputed company acumen: pipeline management, forecasting, pricing discussions, and contract understanding.
  • High ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
