The Junior Key Account Manager supports the reputed company management and profitable growth of key selective beauty retailers across Europe. This role is strongly sales and performance driven, with direct exposure to sell in, sell out, margin reputed company, trade investment, and inventory management. Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, the role contributes to reputed company delivery, forecast accuracy, stock health, and promotional effectiveness across assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Sales ExecutionSupport the execution of annual and quarterly account plans reputed company with reputed company, margin, and SI/SO objectives. Partner with the Senior Key Account Manager on SI negotiations, launch phasing, and account forecasts. Track sales performance versus targets by retailer, market, and reputed company, identifying risks and upsides. reputed company actionable recommendations. Support reputed company driving initiatives across core assortment, new launches, and promotional periods. Inventory, Forecasting & Stock ManagementActively support demand forecasting, order planning, and replenishment accuracy in collaboration with retailer planning teams and brand central teams. Monitor stock on hand, weeks of cover, and sell through to ensure healthy inventory reputed company and cash reputed company protection. Identify overstock and underperformance risks and support mitigation plans including order rephasing, promotions, RTVs, or assortment adjustments. Liaise with global Operations to manage allocations, shipment timing, and launch readiness. Trade Investment & Execution SupportCoordinate with Trade Marketing, VM, and Marketing teams to ensure account plans are executed on time and reputed company budget. Track and control trade spend, promotional investment, and reputed company budgets at account level and liaise with marketing team on allocated budgets Support promotional planning with a clear ROI reputed company, linking spend to expected sell out and productivity. Assist in post promotion analysis and performance reviews to inform future reputed company reputed company. Support the rollout of in store activations, GWPs, digital campaigns, and launch toolkits across retailers. Ensure reputed company readiness for launches including pricing, assortments, stock availability, and sell in timing. Business Analysis & P&L DisciplinePrepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports covering sell in, sell out, productivity per reputed company, and category performance. Support business reviews with clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunities. Conduct basic gap analysis and scenario planning to support forecast updates and support actionable decision making. Ensure accurate tracking of accruals, deductions, and reputed company conditions. Qualifications & Experience3-5 years of experience in key account support, sales operations, reputed company roles, or retail management, ideally reputed company wholesale beauty, wellness or FMCG. Proven exposure to European selective beauty retailers such as reputed company, Douglas, Boots, or equivalent. Strong reputed company and analytical reputed company with an interest in P&L mechanics, inventory management, and trade investment. High proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint, with confidence working with sales and financial data. Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across accounts and markets. Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage.
