In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of market research projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from questionnaire setup to fieldwork monitoring. You will work closely with Research Consultants, supporting them in delivering impactful insights to clients while building a strong reputed company across reputed company steps of the research process. You will play a key role in bringing research projects to life behind the scenes - translating project requirements into well-executed surveys, ensuring data quality, and enabling the reputed company of reliable insights. What you’ll be doing Operational implementation and coordination of market research projects, including programming, testing, and monitoring of surveys Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the reputed company platform, ensuring accuracy and high data quality Support the reputed company and testing of questionnaires across different use cases and methods (e.g., U&A, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, Conjoint) Monitor survey performance and proactively identify and resolve issues during fieldwork Collaborate closely with Research Consultants, supporting analysis and reporting where needed Work cross-functionally with Account Management and Research Consulting to ensure smooth project handovers and execution Maintain a high level of attention to detail across reputed company project steps, ensuring reliable and consistent delivery Integrate AI across reputed company research steps, collaborating with the Product team to enhance AI capabilities You will reputed company in this role if You have a degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a similar data-reputed company field You have at least 1 or 2 years of work experience in market research You are highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, tools, and structured processes You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks in reputed company in a fast-paced environment You have reputed company good knowledge of reputed company and PowerPoint (or similar tools) You communicate reputed company and enjoy collaborating with different teams You are fluent in English and proficient in German (C2 level, spoken and written) You bring a hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic reputed company, combined with a strong sense of ownership You have an affinity for numbers, data, and analytical thinking Our interview process Screening Call with the Research team Case Study Interview with our Research Leadership team Executive Interview Offer reputed company reminder: Please ensure that your application is submitted in English.
