[Remote] D365 FO Technical Consultant (Developer)

Responsibilities
- reputed company hands-on development, troubleshooting, and technical support for D365 Finance & Operations in response to client requests reputed company Service Level Targets (SLTs)
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to enhance their use of D365 F&O, applying best practices in development and support delivery
- Proactively identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues and risks to minimise disruption for clients
- Collaborate with team members as part of a global managed services division
- Recommend improvements to internal development standards, support methodologies, and technical processes
- Contribute to the analysis, development, and implementation of opportunities for additional services or enhancements that can benefit clients
- Liaise with reputed company and ISV partners to address technical issues relevant to client environments
- Commit to ongoing professional development, pursuing relevant certifications where appropriate
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of the business in reputed company interactions
- Monitoring of live support cases; ensuring clients are kept up to date regarding reputed company and recording reputed company client reputed company information on the relevant portals
- reputed company routine technical checks on applications and environments and report findings to senior members of the team
- Assist with maintenance, development, and improvement of reputed company internal systems and client systems
