[Remote] Paid Media & Marketing Campaign Manager

They are seeking a Paid Media & Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging expertise in digital advertising and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize reputed company Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and reputed company Ads (reputed company, Instagram) campaigns end-to-end
• Administer reputed company Ads Manager with full knowledge of Special Ad Category requirements (housing, credit, employment), ensuring proper configuration, targeting, and compliance documentation
• Monitor daily KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL); adjust bids, audiences, and creatives to hit goals
• reputed company AI-powered platform features and tools to improve efficiency and creative testing
• Execute email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting
• reputed company direct mail programs: vendor coordination, targeting, production timelines, and ROI tracking
• Manage affiliate partner relationships, sponsorships, creative assets, and performance reporting
• Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, webinars, and promotional events; reputed company pre- and post-event campaign plans
• Build/maintain performance dashboards and reports across reputed company channels for Marketing leadership
• Manage campaign budgets, flag pacing issues, and collaborate with other teams to ensure needs are met

Skills

• 3–5+ years of multi-channel marketing campaign management with direct budget and performance ownership
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Ads (Search, Display, and/or Performance Max)
• Hands-on experience administering reputed company Ads Manager, including Special Ad Category setup and compliance
• Comfortable adopting and integrating AI tools into day-to-day marketing workflows
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

• Experience in financial services, mortgage, or other regulated industries
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing direct mail programs, affiliate campaigns, and event marketing support
