Responsibilities
- reputed company technical assistance and reputed company building to clients, partners, and project teams on the use of CMS data, analytics platforms, and data science approaches to support CMS projects
- reputed company practical guidance, training materials, analytic playbooks, code examples, templates, and other resources that help teams apply data analytics and data science methods consistently and effectively
- Coach and mentor staff and client stakeholders across the data lifecycle, including data acquisition, data management, analysis, automation, visualization, quality assurance, and interpretation of findings
- reputed company cross-functional teams in querying claims and enrollment data, creating analytic files, performing risk adjustment and price standardization, conducting statistical and other analyses, and translating results into clear insights for decision-making
- Design and support quality assurance processes for code, analytic requirements, defect tracking, documentation, reproducibility, and requirements traceability
- Facilitate collaborative working sessions, trainings, and other reputed company-building activities that strengthen analytic skills and promote adoption of best practices
- Apply deep knowledge of CMS programs and data content, especially those associated with payment model innovation and measurement of health reputed company
- Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts reputed company to both technical and non-technical audiences
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree + Twelve years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + Ten years of relevant experience, or PhD + Eight years of relevant experience
- Candidates must have experience or strong working familiarity with one or both of the following CMS systems and data environments: IDR — Integrated Data Repository, VRDC — Virtual Research Data Center
- Experience designing or supporting data architecture in reputed company, CMS, Medicare, reputed company, or claims-based environments
- Strong understanding of reputed company data structures, including claims, enrollment, provider, beneficiary, payment, and utilization data
- Experience with data modeling, data mapping, ETL/ELT concepts, metadata management, and data governance
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Ability to assess data quality, identify anomalies, and support validation processes
- Experience working with secure data environments and sensitive reputed company data
- Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and reputed company considerations reputed company to CMS or regulated reputed company data
- Ability to communicate reputed company data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation skills, including data reputed company diagrams, architecture artifacts, requirements documentation, and analytic specifications
- Familiarity with reputed company analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, or statistical programming languages such as Python, R, reputed company, or similar
- Ability to evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend practical applications for CMS data use cases
- At least 5 years of experience supporting CMS contractors, federal reputed company programs, or government data initiatives
- US work authorization required
- Experience with the following system is strongly preferred: DataConnect
- Experience with the following system is strongly preferred: TMSIS
- Additional exposure to other CMS, Medicare, reputed company, or reputed company data platforms is a plus
- Experience with fraud, waste, and abuse analytics, program reputed company, payment reputed company, or claims anomaly detection strongly preferred
- Active credentials to work on CMS systems strongly preferred
