[Remote] Solution Executive, Clinical Staff Development

The role involves consultative selling and managing the complete sales process to meet or exceed sales quotas while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for adhering to reputed company reputed company reputed company policies, procedures, and assigned training
- Analyze market opportunity reputed company existing and prospect customer accounts
- Acquire a deep understanding and knowledge of solution components, features, functionality, and benefits
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create and execute upon a sales strategy for the portfolio of assigned solutions to help customers meet their clinical goals
- Devise and execute a plan to reputed company and unseat competitors
- Present and demonstrate to customers and prospects the value proposition and ROI of assigned solutions in a consultative approach reputed company Teams / WebEx and in person as appropriate
- Accountable to create and execute upon an annual business plan that aligns with achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota and goals

Skills
- Bachelors degree or higher required. Nursing Degree, BSN level or higher, strongly preferred
- Consultative selling experience with a track record of at least 5 years of reputed company sales in highly competitive environments. PaaS/SaaS experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of the reputed company marketplace, including buying cycles, key trends, and budget limitations
- Strong presentation skills and executive reputed company
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to reputed company C-Suite and VP level stakeholder relationships
- High level of reputed company and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently and in a team selling environment as part of an empowering, fast paced, results oriented culture
