The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading and managing reputed company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across reputed company. This role requires a proactive approach to developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The EHS Manager is pivotal in fostering a culture of safety and awareness throughout the organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in EHS technical, business-reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience. Eight or more years of experience in an EHS role, preferably reputed company a mission-critical environment. Certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals or equivalent, or ability to obtain reputed company two years. Solid experience in designing and implementing systems to manage EHS operational risks. Ability to travel 25-50% of the time. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OSHA 30 and DOT HazMat certifications. Experience in communicating with Federal, State, and Local Authorities regarding EHS issues. Knowledge of facilities management, engineering, and construction. Prior experience working in a data center environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proficient in EHS, Safety, OSHA regulations, and sustainability. Strong communication and written skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, set, and reputed company targets. Self-driven with a proven track record of results. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently. Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.
