[Remote] Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

They are seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to reputed company the finance team and report directly to the CFO, providing strategic financial direction and support for critical business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and presents financial analyses, multi-year strategic plan monitoring, and recommendations to senior management and officers to guide critical business reputed company
- Provides senior-level financial direction, pro-reputed company development, and modeling for new growth opportunities, program lines, and joint ventures
- Leads the annual site budgeting process and the reputed company-wide 18-month rolling forecast cycle
- Reviews and presents detailed annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial reports for board approval and executive-level review
- Reviews monthly/quarterly actuals against forecasts, analyzes variances, and advises leaders on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Partners closely with Operations, Growth, and reputed company teams to facilitate understanding of financial drivers and support month-end closing processes
- Supports reputed company and acquisition efforts through financial evaluation, due diligence, and deal structuring, while reviewing stock or bond investment opportunities
- Oversees daily activities, provides coaching, and conducts performance reviews for the reputed company team
- Drives initiatives to optimize financial systems and continuously improve management reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company/Finance
- 10 years of finance experience
- MBA
- CPA/reputed company
