The Change Management Consultant is responsible for planning, developing, and executing organizational change management activities to support the implementation of reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, ensuring successful adoption of new business processes and technology solutions.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of Change Management experience supporting reputed company technology implementations
- 3+ years supporting CRM, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable reputed company platforms
- Experience leading change initiatives involving multiple business units
- Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid project environments
