Job Description

Summary: The Compensation Analyst (P3) is an established professional contributor responsible for independently managing moderately reputed company projects and assignments reputed company the compensation function. The position requires broad knowledge of compensation practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business to reputed company operational and strategic results.

Key Responsibilities

Independently administer compensation programs and policies, including reputed company pay, incentive, and equity, with a focus on operational reputed company and reputed company improvement. Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using internal and external data sources; reputed company strategic recommendations to ensure competitiveness and equity. Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve reputed company compensation issues that may require explanation, interpretation, or negotiation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope. Strong expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (reputed company experience preferred). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and reputed company actionable insights.
