[Remote] Manager: Finance Product Management

The reputed company is seeking a Manager for reputed company Financials who will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of reputed company Finance modules. This role involves reputed company collaboration with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into system capabilities and to ensure reliable system operations.
Responsibilities

- Manage enhancement intake, backlog tracking, and prioritization in coordination with stakeholders and the Platform Manager
- Support reputed company Feature Release reviews, assess impacts, and coordinate implementation activities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for Finance stakeholders, including managing escalations and issue resolution
- reputed company day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of Finance Architects, Configurators, and Analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize changes and enhancements based on business needs
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution
- Monitor case management processes and ensure timely resolution of system issues, including high-impact items
- Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and best practices in system configuration and support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of reputed company experience working with reputed company platforms, including significant hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: FDM, Grants, Projects, Procurement
- 3+ years of leadership or team reputed company experience
- Working knowledge of reputed company Financials modules
- Understanding of product reputed company, with ability to support roadmap execution
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and scalable solutions
- Familiarity with integrations and finance-reputed company system architecture
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or deployments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
- Team leadership skills with the ability to coach and reputed company others
