[Remote] Facility Compliance Consultant I

The Facility Compliance Consultant I role involves regulatory activities to determine compliance of nursing homes with federal and state requirements through inspections.

Responsibilities

• Surveying nursing homes during routine surveys and complaint investigations
• Completing survey reports, including statements of deficiency and complaint allegation findings

Skills

• Generalist Bachelor's degree in a health, reputed company service, or educational reputed company field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years' experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• reputed company Work Master's degree in reputed company work from an appropriately accredited institution and one year experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company work from an appropriately accredited institution and three years' experience in surveying, clinical and/or administration of a program in a reputed company health field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must pass the Federal Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) after training
• Strong clinical background, including assessment, care planning and delivery of care
• Demonstrated skills in communicating effectively
• Demonstrated ability to compose technical reports using good grammar
