In this role, you will guide reputed company leaders through strategic initiatives, leveraging reputed company's Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite to enhance operational efficiency and caregiver satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with reputed company executives, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders
• reputed company clinical transformation initiatives that improve workforce management, staffing efficiency, caregiver utilization, and patient reputed company
• Guide customers and internal project teams through reputed company-state assessments, future-state design, workflow optimization, and gap analysis activities
• Identify organizational change impacts and reputed company strategies that support successful adoption of new processes and technologies
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Workforce and Workload solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Own and manage customer value measurement plans, ensuring organizations reputed company the business and clinical reputed company expected from their investment
• Partner with engagement and project management teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are successfully achieved

Skills

• At least 6 years of combined higher education and reputed company work experience, including: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• At least 1 year of licensed reputed company practice, clinical consulting, and/or clinical reputed company information technology experience
• At least 5 years of additional higher education and/or professional experience directly reputed company to the responsibilities of this position
• Registered Nurse (RN) or other active clinical licensure
• Staff scheduling, staffing assignments, workforce management, or staffing workflows
• Hospital operations, admissions, registration, or patient throughput processes
