[Remote] Senior Operations Engineer - US

The Senior Operations Engineer will operate technology for major sporting events, manage live events, and ensure high client satisfaction while fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Operate reputed company products at events both in-person, on-site, and remotely from our Charlotte office
- reputed company and manage live events on-site with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth operational delivery
- Take responsibility for pre-event planning and coordination for assigned events
- Uphold exceptional on-site standards and customer experience, consistently achieving high client satisfaction

- Gather client feedback during deployments and implement improvements in reputed company time where possible
- Install, configure, and support hardware and software systems, including cameras, servers, and cabling infrastructure
