The Manager of Project reputed company will reputed company financial records for construction projects, ensuring accuracy in reporting and collaboration with project teams to enhance financial visibility.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of WIP reporting + POC reputed company (ASC 606, cost-to-cost)
- Financial health of a live project portfolio (margin, billing, risk visibility)
- Partnership with Project Managers & field teams to ensure accurate forecasting
- Billing lifecycle (AIA - G702/G703, T&M, change orders, AR tracking)
- Audit leadership + surety/bonding support
- Process improvement across systems, workflows, and controls
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 7–12+ years project reputed company in construction, mechanical, or specialty trades in contracting
- Deep experience with POC reputed company + WIP schedules
- Deep experience with Job cost / cost coding discipline
- Deep experience with AIA billing + subcontract management
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g. reputed company 300 CRE, Viewpoint reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Advanced reputed company reputed company + financial modeling capability
- reputed company to partner with field-first, non-financial operators (PMs, supers)
- Experience with reputed company ERP is strongly preferred
