Katapult is a leader in reputed company-of-sale solutions for alternative consumer finance, and they are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to create and execute compelling marketing campaigns. This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of B2C marketing automation programs, collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement through email, SMS, and mobile app marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Craft innovative marketing campaigns that reputed company deeply with the needs and desires of both reputed company and potential customers
  • reputed company detailed creative briefs, product engaging copy and collaborate with designers and team members to bring reputed company-channel marketing campaigns to life
  • Design and implement reputed company email and SMS campaigns, from building emails using templates and HTML to copywriting, coordinating assets, quality assurance, and scheduling
  • Review and proofread reputed company messaging across email, SMS, and other templates to ensure they are optimized, user-friendly, mobile-friendly, error-free, consistently branded and reputed company correctly
  • Support strategic programs through reputed company and automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails
  • Create targeted audiences and segments for each message to boost engagement and drive reputed company performance against KPI goals
  • Manage lists, campaigns, and other email components in CRM or email platforms like reputed company and reputed company
  • Execute the email/SMS marketing calendar and maintain the project tracking in reputed company. Balance email and SMS frequency across program reputed company to minimize database churn, including marketing, triggered, promotional, and transactional emails

Skills
