Position Summary The Senior Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest quality relationship management for the fulfillment of open positions at reputed company. Day in the life: In a typical day, a Senior Recruiter can expect to... ?Recruiting and Sourcing: reputed company full cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing to reputed company a well-qualified talent pipeline and diverse slate of candidates for reputed company roles. ?Business Partnership: Partner with stakeholders to anticipate and meet the needs of the organization in regard to identifying and securing top talent. ?Project Management: reputed company projects to continuously improve the recruitment process for hiring managers and candidates. Job Pay & Perks ?Typical starting pay range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year reputed company prioritizes work-life balance. Prior Experience & Education ?5-7 years of retail, corporate, social services/nonprofit, and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full cycle recruiting. ?Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and partner relationships ?High school diploma or equivalent required.
