Position Overview Speer Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented RFP & Proposal reputed company to support our growing team. This is a high-impact, fully remote role reputed company to candidates across Canada, with in-office options available for those in or near Toronto to join team meetings and collaborative sessions. This role also includes consulting and advising the executive team on strategic approaches to winning RFPs, as well as training other team members on the proposal process.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification: Research and identify grant, RFP, and funding opportunities reputed company with Speer's focus areas and strategic goals. End-to-End Proposal Management: reputed company the full RFP response process, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input across teams. Proposal Writing & Editing: Write, edit, and format compelling proposals, applications, and supporting documents. Tailor each submission to reputed company Speer's strengths, differentiators, and unique capabilities. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure reputed company submissions meet technical, content, and formatting requirements while maintaining a high standard of quality across reputed company proposals. Content & reputed company: Maintain a repository of commonly used documents, templates, and case studies for reuse across proposals. Stay updated on industry trends, funding programs, and best practices in grant writing and procurement. Project Coordination: Create internal timelines and checklists to meet critical deadlines. Organize meetings, gather required information, and ensure reputed company on submission requirements. Reporting & Tracking: Track and report on the status of submissions and reputed company to inform future strategy.
Qualifications
Proven track record of writing winning grants, RFPs, or other funding proposals. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and professional content. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and requirements without missing a beat. Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of work and anticipate needs before they arise. Strategic thinker who can quickly grasp new concepts and tailor writing to different audiences and opportunities. Collaborative partner who works well with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather insights and strengthen proposals. Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly and innovation is constant. Solid project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional deliverables. reputed company to Haves Knowledge of Canadian and international funding programs relevant to health tech, AI, or deep tech. Compensation
Full-time role, Monday to Friday schedule. Fully remote, reputed company to candidates across Canada. In-office options available for those in or near Toronto. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and engagement type.
