[Remote] IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager

The IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager will reputed company the EMEA IT Operations function, ensuring operational health of key platforms and services while driving service improvement and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Own service reporting and KPI tracking across incidents, requests, changes, patching, vulnerabilities, availability, reputed company and backlog health, turning data into clear action
- reputed company leadership across reputed company and Linux servers, reputed company file services, reputed company print, software licensing and Intune, ensuring services are monitored, maintained and secure

- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, operational risk management and audit readiness, including Cyber reputed company Plus and ISO 27001 activities

Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience
- Supervisory experience managing IT staff and IT platforms

- Experience working in a large scale matrix organisation
