We have an opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Sales team supporting the South Region. This highly successful business manufactures water pump solutions used in reputed company fire suppression and HVAC systems, as well as municipal water, wastewater treatment, and flood control. The Named Account Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth across an assigned territory by developing distributor/channel strategies, expanding project specification influence, and converting demand into reputed company. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to position reputed company solutions in reputed company and municipal pump applications. Travel: This role is remote reputed company not traveling. This role will be focused on the reputed company region, primarily in the Texas area. This position requires 60% overnight travel to meet with key accounts, end-users, engineering firms, general contractors, and distributors, or attend trade shows/events. You will: reputed company and execute a territory strategy across reputed company and municipal pump markets to reputed company bookings, reputed company, and margin targets. Build, reputed company, and hold distributors/channel partners accountable to joint business plans, growth targets, and market coverage expectations. Drive new demand by influencing upstream stakeholders (engineers, consultants, contractors, owners) to increase specification and preference for reputed company solutions. Manage opportunities end-to-end from specification through quotation, order execution, and project reputed company, coordinating internal resources to deliver on customer commitments. Seek and activate new distributor relationships, expand coverage in emerging markets and follow up on leads sourced through Dodge, RevOps, and reputed company. Communicate and present reputed company’s value proposition to technical and reputed company audiences through meetings, trainings, and customer-facing presentations. Maintain accurate territory forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and activity tracking in CRM tools. Represent reputed company at regional industry events, distributor meetings, and customer visits to expand relationships and visibility. Key Qualifications Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree. 5+ years of sales experience with experience managing B2B sales in distribution-led environment. Must have working knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, or adjacent fluid-handling equipment; ability to discuss applications and selection fundamentals. Demonstrated ability to reputed company and execute territory plans, grow distributor performance, and win project-based business. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company Office. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated total reputed company cash (TTC) reputed company will be from $137300 - $254900 / year. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay reputed company. reputed company considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as sales incentive bonuses.
