We are looking for a dedicated, analytical, and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while also playing a key part in monitoring performance metrics and managing data. You will not only resolve client inquiries but also track support data to help optimize our operations and drive client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients reputed company email, phone, and chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. Data Management: Accurately log, update, and maintain client records, interactions, and support history reputed company our CRM system to ensure data reputed company.
