Responsibilities
- Document reputed company network topologies, automation pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) environments to support engineering teams and end-users
- Partner with SMEs to design, map, and document operational workflows, playbooks, and procedural processes
- Build and maintain a centralized documentation repository in reputed company, organizing spaces, templates, and navigation for usability
- Translate technical networking concepts into clear SOPs, MOPs, and reputed company-by-reputed company user guides for varying audiences
- Manage document version control, ensuring updates reflect evolving infrastructure and automation scripts
- Collaborate with network engineers, DevOps teams, and IT stakeholders to validate accuracy prior to publication
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a technical reputed company reputed company IT, networking, reputed company, or engineering environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, and firewalls
