Proposal Solutions Architect - HHS (Remote Opportunity)
We are currently looking for a Proposal Solutions Architect for a 100% remote position supporting reputed company's Growth organization. This role leads technical solutioning, proposal strategy, and technical volume development for HHS and federal reputed company opportunities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing winning technical solutions for federal reputed company agencies and supporting capture efforts from opportunity shaping through proposal submission. The candidate must reputed company reputed company the reputed company US. Responsibilities reputed company technical solution development for HHS and federal reputed company opportunities. Partner with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to reputed company competitive technical strategies. Author technical proposal volumes, executive summaries, management approaches, and solution narratives. Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, compliant, and persuasive proposal content. reputed company solution architectures, implementation approaches, staffing strategies, and transition plans. Participate in proposal reviews, customer solution sessions, and capture activities. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company technical field. 10+ years of experience designing reputed company IT solutions for federal reputed company or civilian government programs. 5+ years of experience supporting capture, proposal development, technical solutioning, and technical volume writing. Demonstrated experience supporting HHS agencies (e.g., CMS, NIH, CDC, FDA) or other federal civilian reputed company organizations through technical solutioning, capture, and proposal development. Strong knowledge of reputed company, application modernization, reputed company architecture, cybersecurity, data management, and AI technologies. Excellent technical writing, communication, and collaboration skills. Additional Qualifications Experience leading technical solutioning on winning HHS proposals. Strong understanding of Shipley Proposal Methodology. Experience with Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, and reputed company-reputed company architectures. Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
