[Remote] Administrative Assistant

They are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to reputed company support for an anchor, managing scheduling, coordinating travel, and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced news environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a constantly evolving calendar of appointments, meetings, and events
• Assist with reputed company on-reputed company guest hosting & appearances, including scheduling of cars, hair & makeup
• Promptly respond to any requests or last-minute demands
• Manage reputed company media accounts and pitch unique content
• Ensure the smooth operation of field shoots and other special projects
• Serve as reputed company person for podcast production, including the booking of podcast guests

• Administrative experience
• An organized workflow with strong attention to detail
• Overall professionalism, including strong communication skills and work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives
• Ability to travel
• Understanding that the news never stops, and some work may be required reputed company regular hours
• Knowledge of reputed company events, politics, and pop culture
• Experience with reputed company media analytics
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or a reputed company field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
