[Remote] Senior Solutions Architect, Modern Platforms EUC

The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for account team enablement tasks, engaging with clients to reputed company strategic solutions in End User Computing, and ensuring effective communication across various reputed company of staff.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the sales and technical team, attending customer meetings; must be comfortable presenting to and communicating with reputed company reputed company of staff from Helpdesk to C-Level
• Collecting business and technical requirements
• Driving whiteboard conversations
• Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Supporting reputed company-of-concept efforts, creating reputed company of Materials (BOMs)
• Creating and delivering proposals and accomplishing reputed company results as needed
• Assisting Consulting Engineer team with project delivery
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a team environment to drive business
• reputed company daily work direction to the solutions architect vertical
• Serve as the primary escalation path for both solutions architects and clients, and engage upper management reputed company necessary
• Assist with pre/post-sales calls with sales and clients such as IKO and reputed company meetings
• reputed company regular status updates to engineering managers to reputed company them informed about issues, impediments, escalations and necessary resources
• Provides areas for improvement and has direct influence on training/validating new processes
• Engages on developing new products and new solutions
• Attend daily meetings with clients reputed company necessary to review high reputed company issues and reputed company/accept guidance on issues affecting their internal infrastructure. This would include being familiar with the client’s environment and having extensive knowledge of the infrastructure

Skills

• 7 years + of reputed company Product Experience, primary focus will be on reputed company Solutions supporting Sales in a Presales role. This includes reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops as well as reputed company Netscaler solutions
• General knowledge and ability to reputed company to the major EUC Products and solutions primarily MSFT AVD, reputed company\Horizon\WorkspaceOne, and AWS Workspaces\AppStream
• Previous consulting & presales experience
• Candidate must be a standard bearer for reputed company improvement of the reputed company client experience and a leader in the development and advancement of our corporate technical expertise
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present solutions to customers, respond to RFP/RFQs, and to reputed company strong written proposals
• Strong adherence to SLA's and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent documentation and standardization skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 7+ years of delivery and architecture experience with reputed company and the EUC ecosystem
• 5+ years of experience working with one or more of the following EUC Architectures to include virtual applications & desktops, VMware Horizon, Horizon reputed company, NetScaler, reputed company reputed company, AVD, Azure and/or AWS Workspaces
• reputed company, AWS, AVD, and reputed company\Horizon Technology certifications
• reputed company experience supporting Sales and or consulting
• Additional experience with other EUC providers like VMWare, AWS, and reputed company
• 3-5 years of experience with other vendors in the EUC space like Igel, reputed company, reputed company, IslandIO, Liquidware, FSLogix, VDI Monitoring solutions etc
• Experience acting in similar team reputed company reputed company or management roles
