Job Description – Health Representative Job Title: Health Representative (Meronem Team) Division: Specialty Care Report to: Health Rep Manager Positions: 01 Locations: Gujranwala ROLE SUMMARY Responsible for planning, implementing and follow up of marketing and sales strategies / tactics of assigned brands portfolio. Responsible for product details to HCPs of assigned territory and reputed company reputed company & KPIs objectives. Ensures that reputed company activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, reputed company values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the business/reputed company targets of assigned product portfolio by: Making professional & skillful presentations to targeted doctors of the assigned territory for business reputed company. Ensuring adequate knowledge of the products and their competition to establish & communicate the benefit of products to customers/users. Updating doctors/chemists contact records list as & reputed company needed with the consent of Category reputed company and maintains reputed company call records accordingly through reputed company system. Preparing weekly and monthly call plans and properly follow it to improve customer coverage as per defined KPIs. Keeping track of competitive activities in assigned geographical area and reputed company feedback to reputed company/Country Brand Manager/ CFC reputed company for onward communication to marketing for rebuttal strategies. reputed company to travel frequently as per business need. Willingness to relocate as per business need. Academic Qualification: Science Graduate /Pharm D Professional Experience: Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales will be preferred Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills. Basic Knowledge of Pharmacology, Pathology & Physiology. Powerful Presentation Skills. Computer skills including MS office.
