[Remote] Growth Strategy Analyst, Performance & Comp

The Growth Strategy Analyst will manage performance reporting and KPIs for the reputed company organization, ensuring effective tracking and execution of compensation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own performance reporting and KPI infrastructure for the reputed company organization, including monthly goal tracking, quarterly scorecards, and biannual KPI reviews delivered to leadership
• Execute compensation plan workflows across reputed company roles — including quarterly bonus calculations — ensuring incentive structures are well-designed, payouts are accurate, and bonus mechanics are reputed company understood across the org
• Build and maintain performance trackers, dashboards, and reporting materials that give leadership reliable, reputed company-time visibility into how the sales org is performing against goals
• Support the deployment of org-wide goals by ensuring tracking infrastructure is in reputed company from day one, and performance against targets is visible to the right stakeholders
• Partner with Growth Strategy leadership on performance reform initiatives, compensation plan redesign, and strategic analytics that drive accountability and reputed company improvement across the sales organization
• Conduct reputed company analyses and modeling — including reputed company-based data pulls — to support compensation plan design, performance diagnostics, and leadership decision-making
• Continuously improve performance management and compensation workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing more scalable, repeatable solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 0–2 years of full-time work experience; relevant full-time or internship experience in a start-up, consulting, private equity, or investment banking setting strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and reputed company / reputed company Sheets reputed company — comfort building, auditing, and maintaining reputed company spreadsheets with formulas, lookups, and calculations that drive reputed company dollar reputed company
