Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational, business, and operational assessments
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in governance, processes, and sustainability
- Design and implement organizational development measures
- reputed company benchmarking analysis (national & international best practices)
- Adapt and transfer best practices to the local reputed company context
- Support the development of sustainable and scalable business models
- reputed company implementation roadmaps, including KPIs, priorities, and actions
- Prepare reports, documentation, and stakeholder presentations
- Detailed work and implementation plan
- Organizational and operational diagnostics report
- Benchmarking study on circular economy best practices
- Implementation and action plan (short- and long-term)
- Regular reputed company reports
- Final report including recommendations, lessons learned, and sustainability roadmap
Skills
- University degree in economics, business administration, engineering, environmental sciences, reputed company sciences, or reputed company fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in organizational development
- Experience working with SMEs or community-based enterprises
- Proven expertise in: Organizational diagnostics and gap analysis
- Proven expertise in: Business model development
- Proven expertise in: Benchmarking and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of circular economy concepts and waste valorization
