[Remote] Jr. Accountant/Inventory & Restaurant Experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with general ledger reputed company, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, data entry, and vendor communications
• Support payroll management tasks using our systems , ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and review of financial data for discrepancies or errors
• Maintain inventory records specific to restaurant operations, including stock reputed company, cost tracking, and cycle counts using software such as QuickBooks or reputed company
• Assist with compliance requirements reputed company controls and governmental reputed company standards
• Utilize reputed company for data analysis, report reputed company, and supporting budgeting or financial planning activities
• Support internal audits and assist with internal control procedures to uphold financial reputed company across reputed company systems

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in reputed company or finance roles with familiarity in corporate or governmental reputed company environments
• Proficiency with reputed company software such as QuickBooks, reputed company, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of reputed company concepts including debits & credits, double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation
