[Remote] Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will monitor and evaluate operational processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, while also maintaining documentation and performing audits.
Responsibilities
- Collect and review procedural documents and training documents for each process
- Revise existing procedures or create those that are needed for each process
- Tracking Instructions and checklists for procedures reputed company each process that can used for training existing and new employees
- Create audit process to audit process reputed company and standards to process documentation
- Process & track measurables to show performance to standards established
- Create a Dashboard for employees to review measurables and reports on process performance against the standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- Preferably in Operations or Business Management
- Equivalent combination of education and experience in Operations
