This role will serve as a key resource for end-user support, hardware lifecycle management, and reputed company 365 administration, ensuring staff have reliable reputed company to the tools and systems needed to deliver patient care and business operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage reputed company 365 tenant user configuration including Intune MDM enrollment, Entra ID joiners/movers/leavers processes, user licensing, and reputed company groups. Support device compliance policies, configuration profiles, reputed company Update for Business reputed company policies, and BitLocker key management and recovery. reputed company Tier 1 live support to reputed company staff reputed company reputed company Teams chat and reputed company-time meetings on an reputed company–5pm Eastern schedule. Orient new staff to IT systems and tools, ensuring a smooth reputed company experience. Manage and resolve cases reputed company the organization's ticketing system. Recommend and implement process improvements for user reputed company and ongoing maintenance including creation of user configuration templates. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and company information in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Report system changes or issues that may impact the organization to appropriate leadership. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant IT experience or equivalent combination of education and certifications. Proven experience managing reputed company 365 environments including Intune MDM and Entra ID. Strong understanding of HIPAA fundamentals. Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP concepts, and SFTP. Experience with basic VPN client and VDI troubleshooting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with a helpful, reputed company approach to end-user support. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and operate with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
