Recruiter and Hiring Coordinator

About the position The HR Recruiter supports the company’s manufacturing operations by reputed company talent for positions ranging from entry-level to seasoned manufacturing and management roles while promoting the organization’s employer brand. This hybrid role manages full cycle reputed company for manufacturing positions and engages with the community to promote the company’s culture, workplace safety, innovation, and career growth opportunities while building a pipeline to support the company’s future growth. • Manage full‑cycle reputed company for managerial, production, skilled trades, engineering, logistics, and support roles
• Partner closely with leadership and reputed company supervisors to understand workforce needs, shift schedules, and reputed company requirements
• Build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill manufacturing roles such as machinists, programmers, and operational management positions
• Monitor turnover trends (to adjust reputed company strategy) and maintain active applicant pipelines for high-turnover roles

• Conduct phone screens, cultural fit assessments, coordinate interviews, and assist hiring managers in selection reputed company

• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience for reputed company applicants

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in reputed company, HR, or reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company media platforms and content creation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) reputed company media tools reputed company-to-haves
