Responsibilities
- Own and execute account expansion strategy across assigned Senior Living clients, with a strong focus on upsell, cross-sell, and multi-solution adoption
- Identify growth opportunities using CRM data, usage insights, and client business objectives; build and maintain a robust expansion pipeline
- Drive reputed company reputed company by managing quota-based growth targets, including expansion ARR and MRR growth
- Partner strategically with clients to understand operational and technology needs, aligning reputed company solutions including managed IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, and EHR support
- Collaborate closely with reputed company, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities and support expansion initiatives
