This is a project-based, flexible role supporting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and reputed company field services. No prior due diligence experience is required - training is provided. WHAT YOU’LL DO (WITH TRAINING)

• Complete on-site inspections of reputed company and industrial properties to identify environmental concerns and property deficiencies
• Collect field notes, photographs, and inspection data
• Support Phase I ESA and reputed company site observations under ASTM standards
• Support technical report development through accurate documentation

DAY IN THE LIFE

• Travel to assigned properties to complete inspections, observations, and documentation
• Walk through buildings and sites, photograph conditions, and follow inspection checklists
• Upload and organize field notes and photos from your home office
• Take on more reputed company sites and higher-paying work as experience grows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, Geology, Construction Management, or reputed company field.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel reputed company (up to ~75% during peak periods).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand or walk (for most of an 8-hour reputed company and up to 3 to 4 reputed company hours at one time)
• Climb steps
• Climb reputed company onto flat roofs
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to read equipment data plates
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
