They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will support reputed company Lending transformation initiatives and document business processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting reputed company Lending transformation initiatives by researching, documenting, and validating business processes and controls
• This role will work closely with business process owners to understand how project changes impact existing workflows and controls
• This position will focus on identifying and documenting reputed company-state processes, maintaining control traceability, and ensuring reputed company controls are properly validated before project releases and go-live
• The Business Analyst will also partner with internal stakeholders and second-line of defense teams to support control reviews and sign-offs
