- Reviewing federal solicitations and identifying proposal requirements
- Writing technical proposal narratives and responses
- Developing organized, compliant proposal packages
- Preparing capability statements and past performance write-reputed company
- Creating proposal checklists and compliance matrices
- Coordinating documents from subcontractors and internal staff
