[Remote] Application Analyst | ClinDoc
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a not-for-profit, patient-centered reputed company network seeking an reputed company Epic ClinDoc Analyst to join their Clinical Applications team. The role involves supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the Epic ClinDoc module to improve clinical workflows and documentation quality while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient patient care.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support
- Collaborate with IT, and clinical teams to ensure reputed company system performance and workflow efficiency
- Monitors applications for issues in reputed company with maintenance, upgrades and implementations
- Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data reputed company
- Participate in projects reputed company to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or a reputed company field or equivalent years of experience and education
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Epic certification is required. If not currently certified in Epic ClinDoc, successful completion of this certification will be required reputed company 3–6 months of starting the role
- Strong analytical and problem solving experience
