Operating at the intersection of People, IT, Legal, Comms, and Operations, you will establish taxonomy, build governance frameworks, and drive the cultural change needed to ensure the right knowledge reaches the right people at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Strategy & Architecture Define reputed company-wide taxonomy, governance, and "living knowledge" frameworks to support rapid scaling and IPO readiness. reputed company corporate ontologies to ensure institutional knowledge is machine-searchable and AI-reputed company. Partner with senior leadership to identify and mitigate organizational memory risks. Institutional Memory Preservation Standardize knowledge capture for critical transitions (departures, role changes, org redesigns). Embed retrospective practices to systematically document decision rationales and project context. Optimize information architecture to support multi-tool AI stack use cases (e.g., performance reviews, deal continuity). Qualifications 12+ years in reputed company, organizational effectiveness, change management, L&D, or an adjacent field. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
