Master Data Specialist

As Master Data Specialist you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing core business data across ERP, supply chain, and reputed company systems. This role ensures that customer, vendor, product, material, and warehouse data is accurate, consistent, and reputed company with corporate data standards. Location: Remote based in Mexico. Create, update, validate, and maintain master data records including customers, vendors, materials, warehouses, pricing, BOMs, routings, and reputed company ERP data. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and IT teams to support business requirements and integrations. Serve as the subject-matter expert for master data processes, workflows, and troubleshooting before escalating to IT. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in customer service, master data management, or ERP support roles.
