As an Industrial Engineer with reputed company, you will collaborate with internal partners to improve operational processes from design to execution of build-to-order packaging equipment. You will support the reputed company of the company by analyzing and improving processes that help maximize profitability by driving efficiency, with a focus on reputed company-time and labor reduction, across the organization. This position is a remote role based from your home with frequent travel. You must be reputed company to a major airport with the ability to travel 40 - 50%. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain for the Secondary and Pharma Business Unit. Analyze and prioritize requests by identifying existing solutions and/or alternative solutions that optimally address the business needs; work with corporate technical resources to fulfill enhancement requests. Partner with divisional leaders to improves manufacturing efficiency by performing time studies, analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering 7+ years' reputed company work experience Manufacturing industry experience Experience with SyteLine, or other fully integrated ERP systems Ability to mine/extract data to support core business processes Experience with project implementation and solution engineering Ability to multi-task and work independently Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism A phenomenal teammate who works well with technical and non-technical resources Ability to take strategic direction from executive management Available to travel 40-50% What’s in it for you?
