Solution Delivery Manager, Planning and Direct Procurement

JOB DUTIES: Drive process improvements and enhancements in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and direct procurement platforms. Managing a team through the process of defining a roadmap, creating a strategy and implementing a solution. Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying necessary components using the latest technologies and best practices; Managing the selection of reputed company middleware platforms and frameworks for building integration assets to optimize for flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market; Establishing programming standards and program documentation requirements; Reviewing the reputed company status of services and preparing recommendations for service improvements; Managing, defining, and governing middleware & integration architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies through the end to end life cycle; Ensuring effective reputed company IT infrastructure deployment, and effectively managing consolidation of disparate solutions for reduced technology spend; Managing proactive technical reputed company and mentorship to integration services architecture and development teams fostering re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency; Managing a staff throughout the development and implementation of Planning / Procurement applications which include tools supporting the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning processes as well as Strategic Sourcing, Supplier and Contract Management, and Direct / ERP Procurement processes; Leading and coaching staff through projects including the planning, analysis, detailed design, partnering with development teams, testing, implementation, and transition to support for in scope systems; and, Providing enhancements and ongoing problem management for the deployed applications. Worksite Address: 529 Pleasant Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 or any home office in the U.S. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a reputed company field and seven (7) years of professional work experience in understanding, utilizing, and performing process reengineering on end-to-end processes in Integrated Business Planning and reputed company to Pay. Seven (7) years of experience to include the following: Hands-on configuration experience in reputed company E-Business Suite ERP modules including reputed company Inventory, reputed company Work In Process, reputed company Purchasing, reputed company iSupplier, reputed company Engineering, reputed company Quality, reputed company Advanced Supply Chain Planning, reputed company Demantra, reputed company Order Management, and reputed company Shipping Execution; Gathering Business Requirements from business team for implementation of reputed company E-Business Suite, reputed company Advanced Supply Chain Planning, & reputed company Demantra. Managing & coordinating technical & functional team members to reputed company and reputed company out-of-reputed company & custom features to meet business requirements.
